There are certain Services that involves PHI (defined below) data that is provided to us in pursuant to the Service Specific Terms that we have entered with you. With respect to the operations of Services, and to the extent required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, as amended, and its implementing regulations ("HIPAA"), Company will, subject to the Service Specific Terms, comply with all the applicable laws to applicable to business associates and maintain confidentiality of any Protected Health Information which is individually identifiable health information that is protected by HIPAA ("PHI"). Assignment

Company may assign its rights, in whole or in part, in the Services and/or the Affiliated Services in accordance with its sole discretion.
